Avalon heavy-duty stainless steel frying screens are made for long-lasting use, great for your bakery, donuts store, or breakfast shop. Avalon fry screens are perfect for proofing your donuts and baked goods. Avalon helps catch mixed particles allowing for the most use out of your oil.
FYI
It is recommended to have 20 or more screens per fryer depending on usage, for maximum efficiency and production speed. We recommend the use of detachable handles (616-0007C) and or screen cradle (V-Fab 17 1/4'') for best use and safety.
Notes:
These are the best quality fry screens we have found.  Heavy gauge bars support the middle and edges with quality welding on stainless steel mesh allowing for long-term use.
