Dual Automatic Depositor Kit for Mark VI and Mark VI (Deep) (5 options in Variants available)
Belshaw Adamatic Dual Automatic Depositor Kit for Mark VI and Mark VI (Deep) (5 options in Variants available) $8,650.00
Description: The Dual Depositor Kit can be installed on the Mark VI fryer (or Mark VI 'Deep' fryer) at the time of manufacture, or can be retrofitted to existing Mark VI fryers. The Dual Depositor Kit automatically deposits 4 cake donuts in each conveyor row of the Mark VI fryer. It is a labor-saving alternative to using a Belshaw Type F depositor and produces well-formed, high quality cake donuts. The operator has only to fill the hoppers with batter, and the depositors do the rest automatically. The Dual Depositor Kit makes standard size ring donuts only. You cannot make mini donuts using the kit. Production Capacity: up to 112 dozen/hr • Donut Robot ® Mark VI fryer with dual depositor: 112 dozen cake donuts per hour. • Donut Robot ® Mark VI 'Deep' fryer with dual depositor: 91 dozen cake donuts per hour (because Flight Bars are spaced further apart) Production capacity is estimated at 95-second frying time. Actual production rate will vary depending on size and composition of donuts, frying time, frying temperature and percentage of capacity used. What is Included •(2) Donut Robot ® depositors. Each depositor is equipped with a hopper* and 1-9/16" plunger. This plunger can normally produce ring donuts up to 3-1/2" average diameter, and 1-3/4 oz. average weight. •2 depositor mounting systems • New motor, compatible with dual depositor system • All necessary hardware such as nuts, bolts and washers •Template for installing retrofit dual depositor kit. (for Retrofits only) * Note: Hopper is not compatible with standard Donut Robot hoppers Electrical The Dual Depositor system connects directly to the Mark VI fryer and does not require any external power source. Belshaw Type F Cake Donut Depositor with hopper
Donut-Equipment.com Belshaw Type F Cake Donut Depositor with hopper $5,431.00
Belshaw Adamatic's Type F depositors operate with the same accuracy and smoothness as Type B depositors, but use an electric motor and trigger handle to deposit cake donuts. The faster stroke rate and easier operation of the Type F reduces frying time variability between the first and last deposits, especially with large fryers. The hand trigger is physically easier on the operator than the Type B's rotary crank mechanism, and donuts can be accurately placed in a fryer with little training or practice. Deposits approximately 115 cake donuts per minute when the trigger is pressed continuously. An adjustment dial allows a wide range of deposit sizesHopper capacity is 15 lbs (7 kg). Choose from the depositor accessories for: Plungers - for ring donuts, sticks, old fashions, crullers, krinkles and more. Cylinders - any plunger used must be matched by a cylinder of the same size. This cylinder is inserted into the bottom of the hopper. One cylinder can be used with several plungers, as long as the plungers are all the same size as the cylinder. Column Mount or Wall Mount - Type F is compatible with most floor-standing fryers using either a column mount attached to the fryer or a secure wall mount. The column mount is more convenient and more common and will fit Belshaw Adamatic fryers and some other brands. Consult with other brand manufacturers to find out how to combine with a Type F. If a column mount is not possible, a well secured wall mount is a good alternative. The Bracket Arm Height Adjuster is another useful option for easier, more convenient height adjustments. Therefore the capacity is double that of the Mark V. On a Mark VI the flight bars are spaced 3- 3/4" (95mm) from center to center allowing donuts up to 3 3/4" width. Belshaw Donut Robot Mark II, Mark V, and Mark VI Fryer Drain Valve for Support Table (2 Variables in Variants)
Belshaw Adamatic Belshaw Donut Robot Mark II, Mark V, and Mark VI Fryer Drain Valve for Support Table (2 Variables in Variants) $426.00
2 options available in Variants for the; Mark II or the Mark V/ Mark VI Belshaw Fryer Drain Valve for the Supporting Table for the Donut Robot, The EZMelt Filter, and Rack Loader or Roto-Cooler. All Donut Robots except gas models have a short drain with a heavy duty metal cap attached to it, to close it off. This Drain and Valve can be attached to the fryer, instead of the threaded cap. To use the drain and valve, you will need: A hole in the table that holds your fryer to allow the drain and valve to extend through it, enough room under the fryer for the Drain and Valve. The Drain and Valve extends 18" (46cm) below the fryer kettle. If you have this room, it will save A LOT of time and trouble emptying shortening. Instead of siphoning, just let the drain do the work. If you use the Drain and Valve when filtering shortening, you will need a filtration system to remove debris from the shortening. You can use a Belshaw EZMelt 18 or any other effective method. If you have room for the Drain and Valve, it will save A LOT of time and trouble emptying shortening. If you do not have this room under the fryer, the drain and valve will probably not help you, and you should consider the Filter Flo siphon (above) instead. The drain cap that comes standard is NOT designed to screw on and off when you empty shortening. Part # MKVI-0546
