Avalon Hot Icing Conditioners come in a wide variety of sizes and configurations. You can order these units to meet your own specifications. All models are constructed of #304 stainless steel. Temperature controlled water jacket eliminates hot spots and prevents icing breakdown.

Constructed of durable, type 304 stainless steel to ensure long-lasting durability in even the busiest of kitchens, this icing station comes with (4) 8 qt. icing pans heated by a temperature-controlled water jacket that drains for easy water exchange. An on-off rocker switch and thermostat on the face of the icing station can set the water jacket temperature between 60 degrees & 240 degrees Fahrenheit so that you can set your icing to the precise viscosity you want.
